Bing sitemap

The sitemaps generated by www.freesitemapgenerator.com are compatible with bing.com. To get your sitemap noticed by Bing.com you can:

1. Create account at Bing Webmasters
   Go to http://www.bing.com/webmaster and create an account and submit your sitemap.
2. Ping Bing (nice)
   Ping bing.com by calling this url: http://www.bing.com/webmaster/ping.aspx?siteMap=<URL> You do not need an account at bing.com/webmaster for this but you won't be able to track progress. Replace <URL> with the url of your sitemap. The url of your sitemap must be URL-encoded replacing : with %3A, / with %2F etc.
3. Let us do the dirty work
   If you are using the auto upload feature, we can automagically ping bing for you when the upload was successful. Go to the control panel and click on the edit button.
